Main features

  • System automatically deleted any year old database and created new one every month. Data related to addressees could then be entered into designed fields for subsequent correspondence.
  • Documents were automatically created following selection amongst predetermined subjects of correspondence, legal sections, board decisions, gender and language of addressees.
  • Signatory listing was available by menu. In the case of mass correspondence, signatory could have documents signed automatically by system after having entered a password. Once documents were printed, all signatures were automatically deleted from system to prevent misuse.
